Wednesday, May 4  (Day 01)
HONOLULU TO TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA
Our tour commences this morning when we assemble at the United Airlines lobby #8 at the airport for check in procedures. We will depart this afternoon on United Airlines for our flight to Toronto, Ontario, Canada via Chicago. 
 
Thursday, May 5 (Day 02)
ARRIVE TORONTO - NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO, CANADA
Upon our arrival this morning, we’ll complete entry procedures, board our motor coach, and travel to Niagara Falls. Feel the mist and hear the roar of the falls as we embark on an exciting adventure on board world famous boats to view the American and Canadian Falls up close on the Maid of the Mist cruise. In the evenings, this breathtaking natural wonder is beautifully illuminated with colored lights. We’ll spend the night in Niagara Falls. 
 
Friday, May 6  (Day 03)
NIAGARA FALLS - ALBANY, NEW YORK
Our journey continues on through upstate New York to spend the night in Albany, the capital city of New York. En route, we’ll make a stop in Rochester to enjoy a visit of the Highland Botanical Park - featuring 20 acres of lilac shrubs, Japanese Maples, sweet-smelling magnolias, a rock garden with dwarf evergreens and over 700 varieties of azaleas, wildflowers and rhododendrons. (weather permitting)
 
Saturday, May 7  (Day 04)
ALBANY - BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS (D)
Our journey continues on into the state of Massachusetts to experience one of America’s oldest cities, Boston. On arrival, we’ll visit the Faneuil Hall Marketplace, a complex with unique shops and restaurants to explore at your own pace. Jugglers, magicians, and various other street entertainers often perform in the square between Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. In the afternoon, a local guide will board our motorcoach to guide us through this historic city, focusing on some of the most prominent landmarks. Engagements with the British in the War of 1812 brought the USS Constitution undying fame and the nickname “Old Ironsides” and we’ll have a chance to board this 44-gun frigate. Photo stops will be made at Paul Revere House, the oldest house in Boston and other interesting historical sites.  Boston is also known for lobsters and this evening, we’ll enjoy a delicious lobster dinner at one of the local restaurants. We’ll spend the evening in the vicinity of Boston. 
 
Sunday, May 8  (Day 05)
BOSTON - FOXWOODS RESORT CASINO, CONNECTICUT (D)
This morning we’ll visit the Flax Pond Cranberry Farm to enjoy an interesting talk on the cultivation of cranberries with a step on guide. After the tour, samples of some of their products will be available to you to enjoy. This afternoon we’ll visit the famous Plymouth Rock, located on the waterfront in downtown Plymouth. Anchored nearby for a photographic opportunity is the historic Mayflower II. Nestled in the mystic country region of southeast Connecticut, the Foxwoods Resort Casino offers a unique resort experience for everyone. Enter a world where the thrills and good times begin the moment you arrive. This ‘Wonder of it All’ complex features the newest and most popular slot machines and High Stakes Bingo. Add to that the incredible tables offering Blackjack, Poker, Craps and Roulette for an evening of exciting entertainment. We will spend one night at the Great Cedar Hotel (or similar). A full breakfast and dinner buffet will be provided for each adult.
 
Monday, May 9 (Day 06)
FOXWOODS - NEW YORK (B)
Our journey continues on into the state of New York to the exciting city of Manhattan - heart of the culturally rich - the energetic “Big Apple”. We’ll drive by a few of the main highlights of the city including the United Nations Headquarters, Rockefeller Center and through Central Park, featuring a tear-drop-shaped parcel of landscape known as “Strawberry Fields” -honoring the late John Lennon. You may want to make reservations to see a broadway play or musical performance at one of the theatres during your stay in New York.  We will overnight for two nights in mid-town Manhattan.
  
Tuesday, May 10  (Day 07)
NEW YORK
This morning a local guide will board our motor coach to guide us through the Upper and Lower Manhattan to view some of the most famous sights: Times Square, Greenwich Village, the Financial District, Chinatown, the Garment District and the Empire State Building. We’ll board a ferry at Battery Park to visit the Statue of Liberty National Monument on Liberty Island in Upper New York Bay. The American Museum of Immigration in the base of the statue traces the history of immigration into the United States and also presented is an exhibit about the history of the statue. Nearby Ellis Island was the main point of entry into the United States for millions of immigrants and your ferry ticket will enable you to visit this historic island as well. (time permitting)
 
Wednesday, May 11  (Day 08)
NEW YORK - PHILADELPHIA - LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA (D)
We’ll travel on to Philadelphia, known as the ‘city of brotherly love’. Once a temporary U.S. capital, Philadelphia played an important role in the birth of the United States. We’ll visit Independence Hall, a U.S. national landmark where the Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution were debated and adopted. Located nearby is the historic Liberty Bell, one of the most prominent symbols of the American Revolutionary War, displayed in a magnificent glass chamber. We’ll continue on to Lancaster County known for its Amish and Mennonite population, productive farms, and heaping platters of Pennsylvania Dutch food which we will experience for dinner this evening. We’ll have an opportunity to visit a farm and one of their homes with a step-on guide explaining their traditional way of life. We will spend the night in Lancaster.
 
Thursday, May 12 (Day 09)
LANCASTER - BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - WASHINGTON D.C.
Our drive takes us south to the city of Baltimore where Francis Scott Key wrote The Star Spangled Banner while watching the bombardment from a warship anchored in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, one of America’s oldest seaport. We’ll visit the Star Spangled Banner Flag House, home of Mary Pickersgill who made the 15-star and 15-stripe American flag that inspired Francis Scott Key to write the words of our national anthem. We’ll travel on to overnight in the vicinity of historic Washington D.C. for four nights.
 
Friday, May 13  (Day 10)
WASHINGTON D.C.
.This morning, we’ll visit Mt. Vernon, the estate and burial place of George and Martha Washington overlooking the Potomac River. The mansion has been restored to appear as it was during the last years of Washington’s life and contains much of the original furniture, including the bed in which Washington died and his sword. We’ll arrange to have a guided tour of the United States Capitol (subject to availability), one of the nation’s most familiar landmarks located on Capitol Hill. The central part of the building includes the Rotunda and the original Supreme Court and Senate Chambers.
 
Saturday, May 14 (Day 11)
WASHINGTON D.C.
Enjoy more sightseeing in this historic city with a local guide including visits to the Iwo Jima Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument , and more. We’ll have a photo opportunity as we drive past the impressive presidential mansion - ‘The White House’ - home of our very own - President Barack Obama. We’ll cross the Potomac River to visit Arlington National Cemetary on a tourmobile - an impressive sight to see with endless rows of simple white headstones and monuments marking the graves of many individuals. Observe the ceremony of the changing of the guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and visit the grave site of President John F. Kennedy marked by an eternal flame and excerpts from his famous inaugural address. Located nearby is the grave site of Senator Robert F. Kennedy.
 
Sunday, May 15 (Day 12)
WASHINGTON D.C.
Today will be a free day at your leisure to visit the various museums of the Smithsonian Institution located on the National Mall, including the National Air and Space Museum displaying John Glenn’s spacecraft “Friendship 7” and the legendary Hope Diamond displayed at the National Museum of Natural History. If time permits, take a ride through history - past & present - on a tourmobile with knowledgeable narrators and unlimited on and off re-boarding - offering the flexibility of visiting additional sights in the city at your own pace: the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum or the Supreme Court Building.
 
Monday, May 16  (Day 13)
WASHINGTON D.C. - HONOLULU
We’ll transfer to the Washington Dulles International Airport for our flight home to Honolulu via a brief stopover in Los Angeles. Our flight arrives Honolulu in the early evening.
